This Privacy Policy describes how LifeSchedule (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. LifeSchedule is developed and operated by Kristian Kirilov. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
If you have questions, contact: dev.lifeschedule@gmail.com
LifeSchedule is designed to keep your data on your device. We don’t have user accounts, we don’t sell your data, and most of what you create in the app (notes, tasks, photos, mood, habits) never leaves your iPhone.
A small number of features need to talk to third parties — weather lookup, crash reporting, and advertising — and those are described in detail below.
With your permission, LifeSchedule reads two HealthKit data types:
The app uses these to show a daily summary in the Health tab. We never write to HealthKit, never send your health data off the device, and never share it with any third party. If you revoke HealthKit permission in iOS Settings, the Health tab simply hides those values.
If you attach a photo to a note, LifeSchedule asks for permission to access
your photo library or camera. Photos you attach are stored only on your
device, inside the app’s private Documents/NotePhotos/ directory. They are
never uploaded, never shared, and are deleted when you delete the note or
uninstall the app.
If you grant location permission, LifeSchedule sends your approximate location (latitude/longitude) to two third-party APIs to display local weather:
No identifier is sent with your coordinates. We do not store your location. If you deny location permission, the weather widget simply doesn’t appear.
LifeSchedule uses Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and error logs so we can fix bugs. These reports include device model, iOS version, app version, and the stack trace of the error — they do not include your notes, tasks, name, photos, location, health data, or any other personal content. Screenshots and session replay are disabled.
See Sentry’s privacy policy: https://sentry.io/privacy/
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. Depending on your iOS App Tracking Transparency choice:
We never share any other data with AdMob. See Google’s privacy policy and the AdMob data section: https://policies.google.com/privacy
In-app purchases (Lifetime Premium, coin packs) are processed entirely by Apple. We do not see, receive, or store your payment information. Apple sends us only an anonymous receipt confirming the purchase succeeded.
See Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
All notes, tasks, habits, mood entries, calendar events, shopping items, photos, coins, streaks, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device in the app’s sandboxed container.
A small subset of scalar values (coin balance, streak day count, achievement unlocks) is synced across your own Apple devices via iCloud Key-Value Storage if you are signed into iCloud. This sync is end-to-end managed by Apple — we have no access to it. Notes, tasks, and photos do not sync between devices.
LifeSchedule is rated 4+ but is not specifically directed at children under
If we materially change how the app handles data, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
